Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on our products and customer service and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. 

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned in a used condition, or outside our terms and conditions. 

Returns

To start a return, contact us at returns@fabfitnessaccessories.com. Make sure you include your order confirmation number in your request. If your return is accepted, you will receive information on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, you will receive an email once your exchange item has shipped.

If your exchange item is not available you will receive a credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damages and issues

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below. You MUST follow process below or we will not be able to process your refund.

Within 15 days of receiving your product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement. Please ensure that you include you order number.

We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.

If approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Returns that are approved, you will not have to pay for any return shipping fees and will get a 100% money back refund. All you have to do is simply send the item back to our return address that will be provided to you and once we received the item, you will receive a 100% refund. 

Exceptions

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept undergarments, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins, and cancellation or updates to your order is not permitted.
